Trumbull County Fair Board President Bud Rogers stands Monday with longtime fairgoer and volunteer Merrily Carroll in the new pavilion near the new restrooms at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds in Bazetta Township. The pavilion, which has 24 benches and 16 picnic tables under the shade, will make a good place to get out of the sun, eat and enjoy musical performances at the Historical Stage on which Rogers and Carroll are standing. The fair opens today.
