William D. Lewis The Vindicator David and Pat Leo, parents of slain Girard Police officer Justin Leo, stand with Warren PD captain Jeff Cole and Rev. Anthony Davis of Warren whio is a retired OHSP trooper, during a MLK ceremony at Second Baptist Church in Warren 1-14-18. A group of police officers were part of the ceremony to help better understanding between law enforcement and community. At left is London Johnson, 9, daughter of Rev Todd Johnson, pastor of 2nd Baptist.
