Neighbors | Zack Shively.The students at Dobbins Elementary School filled five boxes and six bags full of socks, gloves, mittens, scarves, headbands, earmuffs, hats and coats for the Giving Tree Project. The school and PTO do service projects twice a year to teach students to give back to their community.
