The Berlin-Ellsworth Ruritan Club recently welcomed its newest members, Jay Rhinehart and Steve Reph, at a meeting in Berlin Center. Rhinehart is employed at the Mahoning County jail and lives in Boardman. Reph is a neonatal intensive care travel nurse specializing in dialysis management education. He lives in Berlin Center.
