Lordstown Mayor Arno Hill was one of several speakers at a rally Monday at the UAW 1714 Hall who urged village residents to vote for zone changes that would pave the way for construction of a multimillion-dollar TJX HomeGoods warehouse. Voting is from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. today.
