Neighbors | Zack Shively.Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley’s Child Advocacy Center and Mahoning County Children Services planted the pinwheels in the yard to raise awareness of child abuse and neglect during National Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month.
