Flags sit in the rear of an Austintown police car. The Mahoning County Veterans Service was busy putting up flags over one of several bridges in Mahoning County. Three bridges are slated to get the flags. They are the state Route 46 overpass in Austintown over interstates 80 and 76; Mahoning Avenue over state Route 11 and state Route 164.
