PLUGS GO PATRIOTIC - A number of city fire hydrants are being painted to resemble Revolutionary War patriots as a "plug" for the bicentennial, the project being sponsored by the education committee of the Mahoning-Youngstown Bicentennial Commission. The artists are (left to right) Terri Prezioso, Janey Martinko, Mary Hulme, Lyn O'Neil, and Rick Schilling. Miss. Hulme, who supervised the job, is a daughter of MR. and Mrs. Ed Hulme. Hulme is bicentennial chairman. The painters are students of William Diana, art instructor at Cardinal Mooney High School. Paint for the seven-color "patriots" was donated by the O'Brien Corp. through its local distributor, Youngstown Paint & Glass Co. Photo by Paul R. Schell
