BICENTENNIAL FLAG - Canfield City officials Friday hoisted two new flags, which will be flown over the Village Green day and night for the duration of the bicentennial celebration. Left is City Manager Chris Paparodis with Orville Paugh, superintendent of parks and streets. Regular flags were lowered and the Bennington flag - which has 13 stripes of red and white on a field of blue, 13 stars and numeral "76," was raised.
