Mascot Dr. Health E. Hound poses with members of the Youngstown City Health District who volunteered at the Citywide Baby Shower at the Eugenia C. Atkinson Recreational Center. Saturday’s event focused on letting young mothers, and those expecting, learn about the community resources available to help them care for their babies. The shower also included a health fair.
