Ralph Meacham, Mahoning County auditor, spoke to the Rotary Club of Austintown concerning the changes he is making in the auditor’s office. One of the more important changes is coordination of the revaluation of all 165,000 parcels of residential, commercial, and agricultural property within the county. He explained the process, which is required every six years by law, and the right taxpayers have to question the valuation if they feel there is a discrepancy.
