The Mahoning Valley McKinley Club will host its 102nd banquet at 6 p.m. Sept. 28 at the McKinley Memorial in Niles. Program will be Paul Kengor, Ph.D., speaking on “Reagan, Republicans, and Conservatives in 2017.” He is a bestselling author and a frequent commentator on television and radio. Patricia Scarmuzzi, curator of the McKinley Museum, will also speak. Doors open at 5 p.m. for book purchase and signing. Tickets are $35 and may be ordered by calling 330-856-7790 or 330-506-6452. No tickets will be sold at the door.
