The NED Show is a character education program that centers around three important messages: Never give up, Encourage others and Do your best. Chad Adams and his cartoon character friend, NED, taught the kindergarten through third-grade students at Campbell Elementary/Middle School how to become a “champion” at school and in life. Students learned about the importance of those three life skills while using storytelling, magic, humor and yo-yo tricks. Pictured, above, are Chad Adams and a student, Bryce Dingus, wearing a fancy balloon hat and holding a new NED yo-yo for his participation in the program. Below, first-grade class wears their “I am a Champion” crowns during the assembly. Students will have the opportunity to purchase the NED Show yo-yos as part of the Pay-It-Forward program. All yo-yos purchased will further the NED program to be shared in other schools.
