Organizacion Civica y Cultural Hispana Americana will celebrate 45 years of service in the Mahoning Valley at its annual fundraiser and scholarship gala Friday at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman. A social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30. Tickets are available at $50 per person. Seating is limited, and advance ticket purchase is requested.
