Neighbors | Zack Shively.Austintown Elementary School's PTA gave the families of students a Fall Festival to celebrate Halloween and the autumn season on Oct. 26. Bethany Martinez, the AES PTA president, said they wanted to give the children a safe environment and after school event where the parents could be involved.
