Neighbors | Zack Shively.The Boardman marching band had a "Cupcake Wars" competition during their "In Concert" event. Participating students split into 14 teams and designed cupcakes under a Woodstock theme. The students were judged based on the taste of their cupcakes and the presentation of their full group of cupcakes. After the event, the atttendees walked over to the cafeteria to eat the cupcakes.
