Jeanne Tyler, benefactress of the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center, was honored with the 2017 Pioneer Award for her lifetime of service to the cultural needs of the community recently at the Founder’s Day program, hosted by the William Holmes McGuffey Elementary School.
