SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Girard First United Methodist Church recently hosted “Project Night Night,” a children’s benefit. Members filled tote bags that will be given to children in homeless shelters and temporary living situations. Items in the bags included stuffed animals, books and small blankets. Students from the church children’s program K’Motion helped fill 65 bags. Polly Fleming led the program. For information, call the church office at 330-545-4361.
