SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Warren Auxiliary VFW Post 1090 recently hosted the April meeting of Warren City Federation of Women’s Clubs at Ciminero’s Banquet Center, Niles. For the federation’s monthly outreach project, they collected white T-shirts and socks for veterans. Elizabeth Clark discussed the history of the Upton Association.
