Vindicator file photo | May 16, 1954A good deal of the credit for the exceptionally high morale and fine records at the Air Force’s jet air base at the Youngstown Municipal Airport can go to the Youngstown -Mahoning County USO Committee which has gone all out to keep the enllisted men entertained with weekly dances, dinners and other entertainment. Most popular is the junior hostess program sponsored jointly with with YWCA and and the recent dance brought out the enlisted men in droves to dance with pretty girls, watch a floor show and enjoy a midnight snack.
