SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Winners of the 2017 Penn State Shenango Upcycled Art Contest were recently announced, and include four students from Brookfield Local Middle School. To participate, students made art out of trash. Ryan Atkinson, left, won the fifth-grade individual project category; Lillie Toth and Aysha Gibson, fifth-grade group project; and Billy McAnany, sixth-grade individual project. They received their awards at Penn State Shenango Campus on April 8.
