SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Tyler Wibley, 18, was born with cerebral palsy and recently had his 18th surgery for the condition. His family’s landlord purchased a van for them to transport Tyler more easily, and Austintown Lions made a donation to help purchase a lift to be installed on the car.
