SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs recently hosted Judge Cheryl L. Waite, Seventh District Court of Appeals of Youngstown, at Caffe Capri. Waite discussed the structure of the Ohio judicial system, and the various kinds of cases that are heard at all court levels.
