SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Pete Pirone Jr., interim superintendent of Struthers City Schools, hosted the Struthers Rotary meeting at the Elm Street Elementary School on March 14. Pirone led Rotarians on a tour of the facilities, and discussed the school’s one device, one student program.
