SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Austintown Lions Club met March 13 at Austintown Community Church. Bob Melcher, first vice president, presided. Wayne Christen of the Calcutta Lions Club, District OH-4 first vice district governor, was the guest speaker. Christen discussed the need for new membership to strengthen ideals set forth by the Lions as they celebrate 100 years. He inducted Carol Majestic as a new member of the club, and she was sponsored by Bob Whited, past district governor.
