William D Lewis the vindicator Nick Kacir, a Lowellville 11th grader who plays tuba in the Stambaugh Youth Community Band , was one of 11 area youth who played a number with the US Navy Band, during 3-14-17 concert at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.
