SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Boardman Rotary recently donated dictionaries to students of Boardman Market Street Elementary School. This is the 11th year they have given dictionaries to schools, with the goal of increasing the students’ vocabulary and reading abilities. Deborah S. Liptak, development director of Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, is the chairman of the project.
