SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Kiwanis Club of Youngstown hosted the Boys & Girls Club of Youngstown as guests during its March 3 meeting. Laura Weymer, club director of development, and Randi Russell, unit director, gave a report of the organization’s local after-school programs and future plans.
