SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Nine business administration students from Ohio Valley College of Technology in East Liverpool recently collaborated with the admission and career services department to design and implement a marketing and sales plan for a charity. The students unanimously decided to raise funds for Make A Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, and spent eight weeks developing three products and marketing plans for each. The final items are $2 wristbands, $8 tumbler mugs and $15 work totes. The students have set up tables on campus and at local high schools and athletic events. They are selling through March 31. Students involved in the project, in front from left, are Dalton Brewer, Kaylyn Hardman, Bridget Brenneman, Katie Lowe and Mariah Betteridge. In back are Jeremy Carman, Brandon Bates, Jennell Bolton and Morgan DiVencenzo. For information or to purchase an item, contact Monica Allison at mallison@ovct.edu, or 330-385-1070.
