SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Mahoning Valley Hospital Foundation recently donated $12,250 to Howland Community Scholarships Foundation. MVHF has pledged four more donations to the scholarship foundation that will total $44,500 in five years. The James M. Keating/MVHF Medical Scholarship of $3,000 will be presented every year to a Howland High School senior who plans to study medicine at any accredited school in Ohio.
