Traci Manning of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society addressed the audience at a recent Upton Association open house. The next open house will take place Aug. 6, and The Upton House is at 380 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren. The association sells bricks for the Women’s Park and rents out the house for small group parties.
