Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, Epsilon Mu Omega chapter, walked Wick Park recently to encourage people to support Alzheimer’s Longest Day Awareness and donation drive. Thousands of Longest Day tributes take place either by doing something the Alzheimer’s patient loves or something special in their honor. It could be something as simple as a donation, visiting a person with Alzheimer’s, having a fundraiser or supporting a caregiver of someone with Alzheimer’s.
