Hermitage Fire Chief John Flynn and Hermitage Police Chief Eric Jewell presented the Legion of Honor Award from the Chapel of Four Chaplains to William Lotz of West Richland, Wash., recently while he was attending Hermitage’s ninth annual training seminar. The award is presented to those who have given a lifetime or career of outstanding humanitarian service which has affected the quality of life in one’s community or nation.
