SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: The Ursuline Center is selling tickets for its annual Valentine’s Day dinner which is set for 6:30 p.m. Feb. 14 at the center, 4280 Shields Road, Canfield. The event is open to the public. Tickets are $26 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert, wine, beverages and chocolate. Broad Street Diner will cater the event and entertainment will be provided by the Greater Youngstown Community Youth Choir. All proceeds will benefit the programs provided by the Ursuline Center, which is a ministry of the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown.
