SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: Top Flite Financial employees donated 37 new coats that will be given to students in Boardman’s four elementary schools who need them. Mandy Sirocco, counselor at West Boulevard Elementary, accepted the donation on Jan. 3 at the school.
