SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: Damascus Elementary School students earned a visit from Cindy Lou Who and the Grinch by raising more than $2,000 in a Penny Wars competition. Money collected from Penny Wars will be used to help families in need in the community. Family Dollar in Beloit donated treats that were passed out to the children by Cindy Lou Who and the Grinch.
