SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The family of the late Edward W. Powers donated $1.4 million to the Youngstown Symphony Society Endowment Fund. It will advance music programs and education in the community, as well as fund a heating and cooling system upgrade for Powers Auditorium, where the symphony performs.
