SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR League of Women Voters of Trumbull County hosted the monthly Warren City Federation meeting Feb. 14 at Cafe 422 in Warren. The Rev. Julia Wike of Basement Outreach Ministries was the guest speaker. Members collected new and gently used blankets for their monthly community outreach to give to the Basement Outreach Ministries. The Women’s History Committee became the 18th member of Warren City Foundation this month.
