2Snow as high as an elephant's eye -- snow drifts reached heights of 12 to 14 feet along State Route 193 near the Youngstown Municipal Airport north of the city over the weekend and plows from the J.S. Durig Construction Co., Warren, were called into service to maintain traffic. The Ohio State Highway Patrol limited traffic to one lane at times using their police ratios to control traffic flow past the airport.
