Police and EMS tend to the body of Michael Brooks, 52, after he was fatally shot at his stepdaughter's North Side apartment near the corner of Dupont St. and Robinwood Ave, Monday, April 10, 2017 in Youngstown. Police were responding to a domestic fight, when dispatchers alerted responding officers of a gunshot and a victim suffering from a head trauma.
