The Auxiliary to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Youngstown 213, recently donated $1,000 to Julie Dulay of the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Care Center of Youngstown. Dulay says the funds are to be used for those less fortunate in the Valley who do not have health insurance.
