Neighbors | Zack Shively.The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County hosted a Disney Princess and Superhero breakfast dinner at the Poland library on Nov. 11. Deborah Liptak, Development Director at the PLYMC, organized the event. Those at the event received Disney on Ice tickets from the library.
