Neighbors | Zack Shively.A horse-drawn carriage arrived at the Poland library for the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County's Disney Princess and Superhero Breakfast. The event drew approximately 100 children and had 12 volunteers. Friends of the PLYMC sponsored the event.
