Rotarian Mike Krake introduced Dan White of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife at the Struthers Rotary Club meeting that took place in November. White has been a guest on the sportsman’s program that Krake hosts on WKBN. White’s function with the ODNR Division of Wildlife includes overseeing the distribution of hunting and fishing licenses along with observing, tracking and sampling fish populations in various waterways to assess their health and longevity. Austintown Rotary Club visited Austintown Intermediate School Nov. 1 and distributed 360 dictionaries to the third-graders, an annual project of the Rotary in the field of literacy.
