The Kiwanis Club of Youngstown recently met at the downtown YMCA for its weekly Friday lunch meeting to welcome Vince Brancaccio, CEO of Help Network of Northeast Ohio, formerly Help Hotline Crisis Center. Brancaccio shared how the significant expansion of services provided by the center since its formation in 1971 naturally led to the Help Network name change that better reflects the full scope of services now offered. In addition to the services Help Hotline was known for, the Help Network also maintains two consumer-community centers and a 211-referral database.
