Make up was found in the car of Robert Seman after he was taken into custody at the Mahoning County jail after his original March 30, 2015 trial date was postponed. Prosecutors said Seman bought the makeup at an Austintown Walgreen’s and applied it to cover the burns, even telling employees that he needed the makeup because a trash fire he was trying to set flared up and he needed to cover the burns for a “jury thing.” Prosecutors have him on store video buying the makeup and also have receipts.
