Two days after the fire Robert Seman was complaining of discomfort in the Mahoning County jail and deputies discovered these burns on his face. Prosecutors said they were prepared to have the jail doctor testify that the burns were flash burns which occur when something flammable flashes up. They said when they saw the burns, they were convinced that Seman was responsible for the fire.
