SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR On behalf of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9571, Ellsworth, Fred Schrock recently presented a like-new electric scooter to 85-year-old Don Blair of Berlin Center. Blair is an Army veteran who served in the Korean War. The scooter was donated to the post by the widow of a World War II veteran. Three scooters, two hospital beds and other medical equipment have been loaned to veterans at no charge. To donate or request medical equipment, call Schrock at 330-538-3834.
