SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Altrusa International of Youngstown and NAACP Youngstown Branch sponsored a back-to-school event Aug. 19 at the Boys and Girls Club. Books and 120 bags of school supplies were distributed to children and teens and a lunch was served.
