SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Karl Reph, center, president of Western Reserve 4-H Club, was crowned 4-H King at Youth Day ceremonies at the Canfield Fair. Tiffany Voland, left, also a member of the club, was chosen as first runner-up for 4-H Queen, and Erin Styka, another member, was selected as the 2016 Mahoning County Junior Fair Outstanding Youth. Karl and Erin are members of Mahoning County Junior Fair Board. Erin also is a member of Youngstown Tailwaggers 4-H Club and Tiffany also is a member of The Bunny Bunch 4-H Club.
